BASIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to a high volume of orders, our shipping times range anywhere from 7-12 days on average to US, UK, Canada, Australia and many other countries. We ship from Fontana, CA to the United States and Asia from Singapore warehouses. 

Orders are generally to be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your order and sent to the shipping courier. 

Some countries may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases (albeit rare) you may receive your order anywhere from 15-20 days (highly unlikely) depending on your country.

All items arrive usually within 2 weeks but in some rare cases please allow 1-5 business weeks for shipping.

We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 72 hours) but there might be some delays – especially after releases or mass volume orders on a product! Your patience is highly appreciated.
