Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchasing. As we ship some orders within 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If we haven't shipped yet, we will cancel the order. Otherwise, customer needs to return if he doesn't want anymore. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

You received and not satisfied?  No worries. We will get it back. But you need to let us know within 3 Days of the status of shipment delivered. All used items cannot return. 

All return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer as our most items offer free shipping. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. 30% restocking fees will be applied if you ordered with free shipping.

Defective or Damage product received?
Please contact us contact@zesmartwatches.com. We will investigate with couriers and offer the best possible solution. 

All return items must be in original quality to get eligible refund.  All of our items are shipped with a tracking code to ensure they arrive safely and on time! Please note that there will be restocking fees. 

We guarantee that all items will arrive between 5-45 days. Rest assured knowing you will get your order in time! Once your item has shipped simply enter the tracking number to stay up to date with your shipment! 

Replacements ARE ONLY ISSUED DUE TO A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT of Factory Fault.

If you order the wrong color and receive the wrong color, that is the customer's liability.
