CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

Have you received and not satisfy? No worries. We will get it back. But you need to let us know within 48 hours of the status of shipment delivered. Otherwise it's regarded as being used and we won't be able to accept it.

All return items must be in original shipment quality to get eligible refund.  All of our items are shipped with a tracking code to ensure they arrive safely and on time! Please note that there will be restocking fees. 

As well, we guarantee that all items will arrive between 5-30 days. Rest assured knowing you will get your order in time! Once your item has shipped simply enter the tracking number to stay up to date with your shipment! 

Replacements ARE ONLY ISSUED DUE TO A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT of Factory Fault.
ALL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT COLOR AND SIZE AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. 
If you have ordered the wrong color and received the wrong color, that is the customer's liability.
